Richard takes an aggressive approach to listing properties and utilizes Coldwell Banker Prime Properties' extensive, unique-to-the-client marketing plans to help his clients sell their homes. He is also well-versed in representing buyer clients, first-time home buyers, residential sales, and farm properties. Richard has over 30 years of ­corporate, customer service, and sales training­ experienc, which is why he was selected to be a Coldwell Banker Prime Properties Branch Manager for 4 years before he decided to come back to being a real estate agent full time.

Richard attended Central Connecticut State University and obtained his business degree, which then led him to continue his education in the area of real estate. He has also completed his certification as a short sale specialist. 

Personal Interests: 

Richard enjoys following college sports, has an avid interest in outdoor activities throughout the year, a love of enjoying all that the Adirondacks have to offer, and getting away for retreats to Upstate New York throughout the year. And of course, one of his favorite pastimes is spending time with his family.

As a current resident of the New Hartford area, Richard not only has a deep appreciation for the surrounding scenic views and recreation in the area, but also has a vast knowledge of the real estate market there.
